Bihar: RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) supremo Lalu Yadav’s sons have filed their nomination for the upcoming elections. When Tej Pratap Yadav and Tejashwi Pratap Yadav filed affidavits for their nominations some the stranger than fiction fact came to fore.
The elder one submitted nomination papers for Mahua Assembly seat declaring his age as 25 years while his younger brother filed his candidature from Raghopur assembly seat, also in Vaishali district stating his age as 26 years.
While everything is possible in Laludom with the tag line “you imagine and we will make it happen”, this has baffled even the most experienced researcher on Bihar happenings.
Lalu claimed he was busy with his CM duties when BJP agents changed the doctor’s calendar when the younger son was born. “Hum to Janta ke seva mein mashgul rahe jab yeh hua tha. Log kaise mamuli si baat ko mudda bana lete hai” he has reportedly quoted.
He has also criticized Narendra Modi government for asking such undemocratic casteist question and linked it with ban on Dalit organization and beef-eating.
He demanded Modi’s immediate resignation and owning moral responsibility for questioning if 26 is bigger than 25.
